some of my channels on my starview box have gone

yep i selected ntl and autoscan but it didnt pick any channels up

 

coaxial cable into cable input ,ok make sure u have cable straight fromwall to box no splitters or extensions,switch on box factory reset if possible 0000 to delete,after that power off box for a min/on,autoscan ur provider,channels found,emu to on exit 3 times

 

cactikid you are a star that worked perfectly only thing i done different was turn it of after factory reset so thanks you have made me a happy paddy
