    @2oldGeek

    I have never tried that. Were you able to identify the main movie only from the Read ISO? What about the Audio streams, were you able to deselect the unwanted ones?

    I will give it a try on the next backup.

    9mmruger1, you've always been able to do that in DVD Shrink or at least as long as I've been using it. Shrink opens disks, virtual disks, iso files, and folders of dvd video files.

    Hey ruger & laddyboy,

    This is Great! Long live Lightning UK!

    All this time I have been ripping the New RipGuard Movies with Decrypter in the File Mode and then running VobBlanker over them to remove the bad PGC’s and Wrong DVD Structure, Etc. so Shrink wouldn’t lay down and go tits-up…

    I tried this while playing around and discovered that you can rip one of these “protected” movies with Decrypter in the ISO Read mode and it corrects all the bad PGC’s etc. and allows you to use Shrink with no problems.
    Just open the ISO Image in Shrink, File -> Open Disc Image… and then do your normal thing of Shrinking, just like in File mode.. Set to Burn with Decrypter and you got it..

    I knew that this worked with a Double Layer but didn’t realize that you could do a DVD-5 without something like AnyDVD running or correcting with VobBlanker..

    They finally got DVDFabDecrypter and AnyDVD updated so they both will handle this New Stuff very smoothly now..

    No more need for VobBlanker…

    I made a DL of “Brothers Grimm” last night using only DVDDecrypter in the ISO Read then ISO Write, nothing else…
    I also made a Full Disc backup of the same movie to a DVD-5 using Decrypter, ISO R/Shrink/Decrypter, ISO W with no problems what-so-ever…..

    Again I say, Long Live Decrypter and Shrink.. They just refuse to die………..
