I bought a W550 and now when i was putting videos from my computer trought a usb cable my phone's screen sedenly went white and then when i switched it off and then back on there was nothing in the phone : there were no mp3's no videos nothing it was like the way i bought it... What could the problem be from ?
the thing is that when u connect ur phone to ur pc through the usb cord, u have to safty eject the drive from my computer first before u unplug the cord. sometimes unplugging it unproperly can damage the memory of ur phone and i think that is reason why everything has been formatted.
