Sony HDR SR11E video camera

    I have problems with the touch sreen of the video camera, some time ago it worked now and then, when it didin't work and I pulled the screen it did, but now it stopped completely. This also means that I can't use the touch menu displayed on the screen.
    Before bringing it to a retailer can someone advise me what to do?
