Sony STR-DN 1080 HDR Problem

Hi,

I have recently bought a sony str dn1080, and my problem is I cannot get it to recognise HDR on my Samsung 4k TV.

Before I had the reciever, I had my xbox one connected directly to the tv and it would recognise HDR.

I have done all the UHD true color settings on my tv, so I know its not that.

Since connecting my xbox to the reciever, i cannot get the xbox to recognise HDR, in the xbox settings it says your tv is not capable of HDR support. Before, when it was connected directly to the tv, it would say your tv is capable of HDR with a check next to it.

Im using a belkin ultrah hd high speed hdmi cable from the reciver to the tv, so I know for sure its not the HDMI cable.

I can see a significant difference in the picture, that is why its bothering me.

Anybody had a similar issue with their reciever?
