I have Nokia 7360. After a month of using it, the "Phone restricted" warning appeared on my phone screen. What I did is to turn it off, remove the battery and SIM, put them back and turn it on. The meassage's gone. But whenever I don't use my phone and put it on my table for a certain time (like when I sleep) the message appears again,so I have to do the remove-put-back process. Do I need to unlock my phone with certain unlocking code? When I turn it off after the warning appeared without removing the battery and the SIM, the warning changes to "Insert SIM card". Please help me. Here are the details: Phone: Nokia 7360, V 03.21, 21-11-05, RM-127 Country: Philippines Service Provider: Globe Telecom or simply "Globe" IMEI: 359396006609829
Waxstrong If it is a Globe Phone and a Globe SIM it should work. It sounds like there is a problem with the SIM. Gently clean the contacts on the SIM and the Phone. If it is a new Phone, you should take it back. JG
