I can't get my sound card to work. Here's what I have:
    Pentium 4
    1300MHz
    640MB RAM
    Windows XP Professional
    SoundBlaster Live Value

The problem started when I had to format the hard drive and re-install Windows. I have done this before and Windows picked up the sound card. This time, I have tried formatting and re-installing Windows 4 times. If I try to "force" windows to install it using the add hardware wizard, the computer locks up, everytime. I am at my breaking point, PLEASE HELP.
