sound messed up in burning

    i recenlty made a dvd. when i played in my stand alone dvd player, about 20 minutes in the sound was jerky. i use TMPGEnc then use the authoring software to change it to .VOB. am i doing something wrong in conversion? if anyone can help and quick please do. thanks.

    There is a really good guideline for using Tpmeg. But they make a serious comment about using it for audio. I never had any problems though.
