Annoying thing happening lately - every time I convert an AVI video file to VCD or DVD the sound is delayed about half a second. Using NERO 6...14 Anyone help?
Yep. Use DIVXTODVD. It is very simple. I did an easy to understand tutorial for it and posted it to the site. Did I mention DIVXTODVD is free?! Here is the tutorial: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/221819 Get DivXtoDvD here: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_encoders/vso_divxtodvd_free.cfm
I've had the same problem on several avi files when burning with nero. Watching the files with nero showtime, they played fine, but when burning them, audio was off with video. I do have another Q, I have 1 file in particular that is the same, when played through showtime it's fine, but when burned, or previewed, with nerovision 3, audio is out of sync with video and the audio is VERY distorted..??.. Any ideas on that one? I appreciate your time
@alien98 I'm not sure but I've had that same problem with Adobe Premiere 1.5. It's a pretty involved program. If you're just trying to convert an .avi file to DvD, follow my advice given earlier. Most people in the forum will tell you "yes" there are other options but DivXtoDvD is on of the better routes to take.
