hi guys is there anything i can do only on movie channels the sound is one sec behind picture ntl starbox tried installation/manual scan & down frequency still the same. thanks guys

thanks mate what was happing was sky movies 1 is bad but sky indie is good the two are the same channels so i have 7 good movie channels sky comedy/classics/family/horror/drama/action. all the sky movies 1,2,ect bad pic/sound
