Hi i am having problems playing my music on pc, i have tried different media players but for some reason the song seems to slow down then plays at normal speed and sounds totally wrong and i also get some crackling noise every so often. Any ideas would be much apreciated.

Update the drivers for your soundcard/chip.
Get a good audio player like Foobar 2k.
What audio format is your music in .mp3 .wma? What program/settings did you use to rip them?

Defrag your hd (prob nothing to do with that but its gd to clean up when your having probs)
