Is it possible to use Nero or any other programme to burn one large audio file onto several CDs?

I have a large WAV file, about 7GB. Is it possible to set the burn programme to span several disks or will I have to divide the file manually?

If the latter, are there any recommended programmes or guides on how to do so?

I highly doubt it. I would recommend getting a simple audio editor such as Sonic Foundry's Sound Forge, or Adobe's Audition. You can easily splice the file into your desired sections (74/80 mins) and save them individually. This would be the simplest and easiest way. There are even other free wav editors out there, but I beleive you can get a shareware version of the ones listed above.
