speed up burning...

    right now it takes me about 30-45 minutes to convert and burn a dvd. if i got sata hdd and sata dvd burner will the times get much better or would it be a waste of money?

    It depends on your burner, they have speeds like 4x, 8x, etc. I think just getting a faster burner would do the job.

    What are you trying to convert and burn? If it is encoding video, your CPU rules, not your hard drive.

    ok so other than getting a faster burner theres nothing else that i can do? ok thanks for the help :) imma just get a sata dvd burner hopefully with faster speeds, ne suggestions or they all the same?
