Im using DVDX 4.0.3 or Rescue to back up DVDs,and it works perfect every time (on the PC players)

However when I try them in a standalone player the most I get is that 321 warning and maybe a few seconds of the intro.

I have used DVD-RWs in the past on this same player. They worked as good as the origional (I was loaned the ones I tested that worked....so im not sure what was used to burn em so good.

What i'd like to know is if im missing some setting or something else (I have no docs.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

XCopy is 1 and 1/2 yrs out of date -

Perhaps it's finally time to get a proggy that works with today's equipment and DVDs

Try DVDD and DVD Shrink -

Damn, that site is just idiot proof.

You wouldn't happen to know of a similar site except about Xbox and PS2 backups?

    Thanks again
