Hi Just joined AfterDawn and want to pick your brains I have bought a starview box prevoiusly I used DBox, The problem I get is when click the EPG and scroll down the channels change as I scroll down which is quite annoying as all I want to do is view whats on other channnels not change channel. Also is there a firmwere or image update that shows the clock and channel on the lcd display on the starview box. The Star view API is 4.00e_E 7.June. 2007 Any help folks Regards Zoonie
your on v4.so if you want the clock to be correct go to main menu then user setup,time settings,set gmt+ 00.00 ,current time to auto,and turn summer time on.now when you go to epg it will have the correct time and if you turn to standby the time will be on the lcd.
Many thanks but is it possible to view the clock on the lcd when the box is on not just standby Zoonie
if you want your epg to be correct you must set time to auto and +1hour gmt this will sort it out laters
