star view1 box has gone down please help

    hi i have star view bow 1 and it has gone off just keeps up dating then go,s blank please can you help when i bought it i did,nt get get a disc with it i have tried some recent codes but no joy please please can you help ,, ex,,c+w,,, in manchester area ,, i would be so grate full for some help and advise regards shaun
