Starting problem...

    Why my computer starts for second and then shutdown? It is builded from new separate parts and only processor and CPU-cooler is used. Where is fault?

    That's usually an emergency temperature shutdown. It means you've not attached your CPU cooler properly. Have you used thermal grease with it?
