have tested remote with my mobile and it is sending a signal but is not working with the box any ideas ....tom
make sure your pointing it at the box. make sure there nothing in the way of the reciver. clean the desplay panel. have u let the remote fall or has it come apart . try these
Disconnect the SV from the mains and TV and open the screws around it and take off the top panel and have alook inside and see if the connector at the display screen is tightly pushed in
