My starview box now cuts out pretty much straight after i turn it on. I've tried to return it to factory settings cut it still cuts out once this is done. Is my box broken?? Please help!!!! Thanks Olly
where u based? What firmware you running? Whats cutting out? Restaring ? Freezing? Bit more info needed
Im based in England. Sorry im a bit of a novice when it comes to technology, but where would i find the firmware information? I turn the box on and it comes up with the screen for about 10 seconds then it freezes and a number (normally 0,1,6,9) comes up on the display then its restarts
