Not really, if you look at what box you are doing and what firmware you are loading, for instance The Box Super, is a Unified Firmware and Loader (All In One) and definately states GTRom_Super_8[1].02e_081129 where as The Box is a BIN file which you have to pick up and put in the GTRom Loader, and was only a Fix for the UK problem, but no matter it is irrelevant now because that one you are referring to has now been removed and it is no longer used.

Yeah, I suppose. I was just thinking for a someone new to flashing and never knew the differences like we do....as in they just get told they need "v8.02e firmware".

Speaking of these fixes, I've just come across someone on eBay trying to flog the SV3 fix on a CD for a fiver! I've emailed them to say that the people that author them work for nothing and that it is wrong to do what they're doing, but I guess they'll just ignore me. If it were you, would you report them?

Yes please do, but when you do so mention that it is firmware for "you know what" ;) It will be taken down without a doubt that way. Traders on fleabay are a common occurrence with these fixes but there are ways of making them not ignore you.

    Done.

I wouldn't mind so much, some people are crap at googling for fixes and if it was a price that was obviously profit free (expenses only), I wouldn't mind so much... knowing people were getting their stuff fixed...but this is a scam and a half. They have negative comments in their FB saying they sold Decrypt's keymaster, also.
