    hi everyone i have just got a starview 3 box but i carn't get in to parental control. i have tried info 2004 and the master code 1668 but still no joy. is they anything else i could try. many thanks

    Is version 6.1 firmware suitable for all Starview boxes ?
    What is it's advantage over version 4.0

    No. It is for starview 3 only!

    Having said that, due to recent updating problems in Ireland I would expect a replacement for ver 4.00 sometime soon.

    Hi,

    I recently got the Box Super - Starview 3 which is great but recently I have stopped receiving some of the channels. The error signal says "bad or scrambled channel". I have tried scanning a few times and turned emu on and off but no luck.

    Any experience of this or any ideas?

    Have you tried a factory reset and rescan?

    Hello all i done a scan the other day on stv1 and got a load of channels i never got b4 there all cald tv...etc not to good cause only 2 workd and they werent even that good some indian rubbish im wonderng whats the most channels youv all got and has any1 any idea where theres a live poker channel available wuld i need a eurovox

    you`ll only get what your cable co. provides, so using a different b0x wont make a difference.
