    Got it......switched mains button off at rear and back on again and it started to update......ok now all is cool.

    Ideally for the uk, you should be using the 8.00 & not the 7.09 as this is for Ireland.
    Try this
    Menu > 1570
    Turn OFF Emu.
    Exit to a TV channel, & wait till it says data being updated
    Go back to the cas menu & set the default key first
    Turn emu on
    Exit back to channels & see if it updates.

    Hi guys, did a manual scan on 339.5 - It scanned through 18/19 and then stopped at 95% saying that it had found 183. when I exited I had 141 channels but some still say scrambled or bad channel?

    Any ideas?

    any point in putting on 7.09 on the box? Or do channels come and go at all? maybe a reboot or what do u guys think?

    i would factory reset to wipe channels off let it reboot and reflash with 7.09,let it reboot and then scan for channels on main coaxial feed no splitters,during scan u should get 37 tps,and emu to on.and do u know how to update lol.

    i also thought box can not update with emu to off,or is it a typo lol

    Allright men, thanks for the help, LOL at the comments above, jaysus wouldnt want to cross ye, did a manual scan on 339.5 and she worked perfectly, all the channels, no problem with quality, happy days.
