ok quick question

when w scan it picks up
451 stored..

now to begin with it showed
300 for tv and the red radion

now me being a guy i had to fiddle
a little lol..stored tv now down to
261 and a chanle that was there b4
vh1 classic is now gone - but - if
u re-scan it shows as channle 0249
but when u check under favourites for
music its gone....

other than that..your right was easy
enough to set up...

final q. manual scanning..
is it possible to manualy tune
in channles the auto scan wouldnt
normaly put in, and is it worth it
looking to see what there is to find?

If you do a re-scan, make sure that you do a Factory re-set first, otherwise you will have channels in duplicate, a re-set does no harm to the firmware installed and keeps things nice and tidy (after a re-set and fresh installation, make sure you turn the EMU back on). As to your question regarding a manual scan on an individual channel, it is possible but you need to know the frequency of the channel you want, so if you are not missing anything in particular, don't bother. The amount of channels you have quoted seem about right.

Your welcome, but as I have said - whenever you do a full scan always do a Factory Re-Set first to clear, and please note that when you do the Factory Re-set "There is no need to update the firmware" it will still retain the Firmware you have already flashed the box with. Good luck.

wemt back to menu to type in 1668
code didnt work nothing happened
no acces to emu key...

do i need to re-insall the update

went into parental
typed in 2004 all working

 

Sorry jammo, only just popped, yes - glad your sorted, couple of ways to access Cas System - funny how the 1570 didn't work.

 

quick learner...
i guess if i got to annoyed
ide have re-installed firmware
and started from scratch..but
the 2004 code fixed it..all back..

look about right or anything missing
i noticed ppv is in my all list but
doesnt show up under sports
and when i access it via all list
updates to 20-40% and stops

 

Yes your fine, PPV don't be bothering about that one, it only comes on when a PPV event is due they start to advertise it or put a film in a loop about a week before actual event, in the meantime that is all you will see (Update loop).

What you need to do is Relax!!, This is happening all over the uk, so be patient & wait & see if a fix comes along.
