Starview 4 help please

Well I received my konig yellow brick booster box today - set it up as instructed - tweaked gain level to the mid seventies - Im sad to report no difference - every few mins the pic drops out to black and white and the sound drops out for a split second, anything up to ten times. Any more ideas?
