Starview 4 USB BOX HDD Query

Update;

The external drive appeared to be faulty. So I purchased a Western Digital Black 250GB passport essential portable hard drive.Cost €65 from curry's.

It works a treat from the moment I plugged it in. It's very small and discreet and does not have its own power supply.
