starview 4 usb

Hi all,
can anyone help..I have the starview 4 usb and have lost some channells..Living and living +1 /.I have the right frequncie.235000 and gives me all the signs it is there but..just blank,,yet I have an older starview THE BOX and has picked it up easly..Any clues?

what area are you in ?????

lots of areas are gone to N3 now in the Uk

 

Hi, in Liverpool 11.

 

ok factory reset your box and do a new scan NO splitters on your cable including your cable BB then turn on your EMU and you should be good to go
