is it likely that what they got was one of the CW upload servers rather than the client server? which is probably abroad somewhere?

How could the server be abroad? Ultimately, It would have to be connected to cable here wouldn't it?

Anyone able to help me, my mate asked me to have a look at his SV HD combo with LAN as he couldnt get any channels. I have reflashed the box with latest firmware but when the box is on it keeps rebooting and as time passes the reboots happen at a shorter time to the point the box is in a constant reboot cycle.

Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this please?

    Thanks

Kryptvu 780 LAN box for cable
    DM500s[or better] for sattellite
Both boxes hook up to router to enable c/share

    2)can the kryptview A780 c-share on NTHELL

all advise welcome as im in a hole now since N3, 3 of my family members are all V customers at present and would welcome the chance to split the bill.

yes kryptview will work on your provider but you cant share that is the only problem you have to have the box in each house connected via router to work

NO you cannot split the bill on any of the boxes unless you where able to set your own c/s up which i would very much doubt.

yes DM500s or any sat box but remember there is a yearly sub to this type of connection

Kryptview ya buy your box connect it that is it no yearly sub
