Should be same as your router IP address, except last digit should be different. If you have
box IP-setup at AUTO your router should assign IP address to box. Sometimes you may have to
turn off router & box, reboot router then reboot box

 

Think Starview needs to get there support team on to this prob and get it resolved this has been going on since day 1 of the starview 6 was in combo as well in starview 7 now to will be in euroview i bet as well

cant understand how krypt dont have that problem plug the box in to router away ya go starview need to do something similar and get this ongoing problem fixed lack of support in my mind money over customer support.

All Starview boxes are down all over not just yours server is off line at present

 

When will these guys get their act together? Lucky for me I have two boxes just in case. The Kryptview has been rock solid so far. Only downside is they do no have a HD box. Or is there one that I am not yet aware of?

 

The Kryptview HD is been sorted hopefully be here mid 2011

There is only 1 Kryptview the A780 until there new HD box comes mid 2011
