to be honest reswob, I get glitching on a sub box, so it could be the signal coming, internet service etc, could be anything,

    Hi Folks,

I've had a Starview 6 Lan for a month or two now, but about two weeks ago I noticed that Premiere and Premiere+1 are now just a black screen with "scrambled" written.

Does anyone else in the Dublin area have this problem?

All other channels are fine, I'm using software version 1.02.

    Thanks in advance,

    Ken.

I was thinking of getting a SV6 but I'm in D11. Should I wait? Is this freezing a serious issue? Like does the box need to be restarted everytime it happens.

gerb, this is not as serious as you think, the glitching can last anything from 10 seconds up to 40 or 50 seconds, and to get out of it simply change channel and then back again to what you were watching, sorted.you can see from the posts above we all experince glitching from time to time.dont let my posts influence your decision as many people who have this starview can find no fault with it.
