Please help if you can.... I followed the instructions provided by hooter however, after scanning when I return to the menu and highlighting accessory when I enter 8989, I do not get 'k#yedit' on the right hand side. I am faced with Rs232, (somthing else) and Emulator. Then when I put on a non Fta channel it does not scramble. Please help.....many thanks. Finrover
did you put the software on your box first also did you follow the instructions on doing the procudure and do you have your ethernet cable connected to your box
I have my internet connected direct to my box via coax cable is that right? Or do I need wall socket to modem, modem to box via internet cable?
how do you do that?? yes you need your lan cable going direct from your modem/router to your box also your cable going to the back of the box aswell and options, osd setup= region england/ireland network, ip setup= auto net aplications, type=ustream/istream ustream for uk istream for ire
you have your cable split by the sounds of it so 1 the cable you had going to your original box put that into your new box next the modem cable must be going to your router there should be extra slots on your router so get a cable from the empty slot on router to the box then follow the instructions above

Hi Hooter @ the moment i have only the internet connection for my starview 4 i have used a splitter for 1 of the wires to go to the starview box, will that be enough for the A780 and the SV6
you dont use the internet for the starview you use normal cable but as long as you have a modem/router that has a lan connection in it, you can connect your lan cable in that and then to your box
