Hi, does anyone know whay i have lost sky sports 1 and 3 this morning? Everything else is still working fine. I am in manchester and scan on EXC&W... any help would be much appreciated! x
I TRIED THE MANUAL SCAN SETTINGS AS THIS: FREQ = 315.000 AND 491.000 SYMBOL = 6952ksps CONSTELATION = 64QAM Network Scan = disable RESULT = "0 programs found" I had Sk sports 1 and 3 on Friday night. Saturday Morning they had disappeared. Then Sunday morning after another fresh install and scan they came back so watched the Chelsea game, then as soon as they went to old trafford for United game the signal started breaking badly, it was unwatchable, so did another install and re-scan and the channels had disappeared again. All very frustrating... My mate has a eurovox and had no problem?! I have heard they are changing the frequencies? I SCAN FOR CHANNELS ON EXC&W AND LIVE IN MANCHESTER. ON AUTOMATIC SCAN I HAVE FOUND 235 CHANNELS. ANY HELP ON THIS WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED GUYS, I BOUGHT THE BOX FOR THE FOOTY AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS UNTIL THE FOOTY SEASON STARTED????! AAArrgh!! Im not sure about the Uk but you could try this , unfortunally you will lose the order you have your channels saved . Frequency change fix 1 Menu 2 Factory settings 3 type in code ( 0000) 4 press ok. this will delete channels. 5 Installation 6 Change provider (Eg N*L etc)to which ever one used in your area. 7 autoscan ( when it says *** channels found , exit back out all the way until u are back at the scrambled/no signal 'tv' screen) 8 Hit menu again 9 go into parental control 10 press info on remote and type in 2004 11 new screen appears , change EMU to ON Then exit back out all the way until u are back at the scrambled/no signal 'tv' screen and hey presto your sorted !
Yeah that is just a clean install, which i have done at least 20 times since last friday. I get sk sport 2 and Xtra. But no sk sport 1 and 3! ...any other ideas
Nothing else I can think of other than see if its listed as TV *** (*** denotes numbers) Ot maybe there is a local problem in your area with those channels
Try looking at your codes all codes for all the areas need to be entered not just your own area check you have them in and they are the correct ones you can check at the end of my post there is a link with codes have a look there ok
