StarView Box 3 - No channels found

Thanks man - any idea how to get the original channel sorting back? Originally we had RTE1/2, TV3, Channel 4, etc all in a row, now they're spread out all over the place. I've created a favourites list, but it's not ideal. I've sorted them as best as I can but can't get anything like it was originally.

 

i just bought the starview box 3 the super and was working fine until tonight, the free channels are working fine and i have all the epg for the virgin channelsstill works but just get a black screen saying scrambled or bad channel i have been onto the nagravision page to see if everything on there was ok but instead of my service providers been on there it just says omne at the top and the rest of the providers names and numbers are just full of the letter F can anyone help with this fault tried factory reset and installation no joy thanks gaz.

I just ordered Starview thebox Super
I'm on Chorus CABLE
Have not received the box yet just wanna know if this is the right one for Chorus Cable????
One last thing is it set up by a simple search or is there more involved??

yeah the b0x sup3r will work on ch***s cable.
When you get the b0x you`ll have to flash it with the 7.09 Beta firmw@re. All the info is here :

Just got the starview box 3 super i'm in cork on chorus cable after the search i receive satanta spots and one or two others the rest say bad or scrambled channel,Does anyone know if the keys have recently changed???Or maybe I have to update firmware????

It is most likely that you will need to flash if it is new. What does it say in System Information.

 

Hey the guy I got if from says it is flashed and he put in the most recent keys,cant check it now but it is picking up euronews and a few others at the moment,
Is it possible the keys have changed???

 

What does it say in System Information, Menu and scroll down to System Info and press OK, post what it says and then we will soon know whether it has the firmware installed.

 

If you have firmware installed, then press Menu and enter 1570 and if Cas System Menu appears, then it is flashed, whilst in Cas System scroll down to Key EMU and turn to ON with arrow key >. Exit out to an encrypted channel Sly Sports and it should be okay (If Firmware is installed that is)

havin the same problem, got st*rview 3(s*per),first i updated it with gt-rom 8.0 then turned on the emu and then scanned for channels but 0 programmes found. i am in dublin city, on n*l duno if it is mmds or what. is this a problem with the codes or can anybody give me some daylight on this.

GTRom_Super_709eBETA.and dont touch the EMU until after scanning!!
