Starview Box Fault

    I don't know what to do, so what someones advice if possible.

    I have a starview box and have set it up correctly but I am getting some channels in letterbox format whereas some of the channels are showing correctly in full screen. When I plug the cable feed directly into the back of the TV the picture is showing correctly so there isn't a problem with the provider.

    What do I do next please

    I have same problem.I found setting the box to 4.3 ratio and setting tv 16.9 ratio to off,but I still get problems.So if anyone out there can help it would be appreciated
