starview box faults

hi can any one help, i,ve just got a starview box plugged it in and it just keeps going through all the channels, with me touching any thing,,,,,,, plz HELP,,,,,,,,,

 

Switch it off at the back for a min and then turn back on

Can you press any buttons on the remote and what does it say on your TV Screen ?

 

ok,, on the screen ive got blank screen with the channel menu at bottom witch keeps changing, on the front of the box the displsy has the channel no,s witch keeps changing aswell, i can press any button on the remote witch works, like if i press menu, the menu does come up and the highlighted bar just keeps changing.

PIN 0000
OK to delete

Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on

English > Installation
Choose Provider etc
Automatic Scan
Press OK
Channels found
Exit

Menu 1570
Turn EMU key ON

Exit , exit , exit
