Starview box getting jittery

some channels on my box mainly sky sports and sky sports news are very pixelated or jittery and cuts out for a few secs saying scrambled or bad channel does anyone know a reason for this or is anyone else suffering with this , most of my channels are fine, its is running on the 2.57 software should i update this , i have tried a factory restore and tuning in again but this did not work

 

You could update the b0x , you will need to know if you have a clone or genuine first

Count the vents on top

18x7 = Clone
25x7 = Genuine
