starview box...help

    hi guys im new in here ..... any one help just got a starview box , got subsricption with vir**n do i just drop it down to the free package or cancell it ,have been told i need to get a splitter and keep old box connect to it any one help cheers ...

    Advise you to keep the basic package, that way you will always have a live feed.

    yes but do i keep the org box pluged in with a splitter on the cable........
