appears tat ya need to reflash the starviews with the 300ee firmware. Im in dublin + done mine yesterday and when the 257 one's wwent down today mine stayed on because had the new firmware. those other codes are only temporary codes and your box will go again in a few days with the new firmware downloaded to your box.

 

i have got 3v firmware

 

these will only be temporary codes, unless u have the new 300ee software those codes will only fix things for a few days.

 

if i change mine to 3.00 will it not go off

 

hopefuly not untill a full code change is done again. mine stayed on today.

 

i need newest code for cable and wireless c/w please
im in uk thanks ne 1? i jus got 1 of stea 30 mins go den it went off ne updates?

 

does anyone have the channel listings for the STARVIEW, like on the Eurovox Max Red they have a PDF file with the channels and when downloading the bin file from comp to box u can download the channels also to avoid manual scanning for channels, this also puts channels into groups like with S*Y digital. all sports with sports etc...

I have downloaded new firmware ver 3 but darnt execute it cos it says it will knack my box if it is a clone. How do i know if my box is a clone or not? Its a starview.
