Starview box problem

I just installed a starview box, everything Ok except a few channels have a bad input and are pixelating, these are Sky sports 1 & 3 and few others. Any help?

 

are u using the new version of firmware.
v451 for ireland
v450 for UK..

 

How do you check what firmware is loaded and how do you change? The more detail the better. Thanks.

 

menu, system information, and you should see something like '****v451' etc

 

Was v2.57 I've reflashed to v4.00 but still pixelating. Where can I get v.4.51

 

U must have an original, i thought u had 'the box'
Make sure it not a clone.

dont put v451 on an original starview.
If its a clone( take off v4.00 asap) put on v257 fix
