Starview box problem

    I did a factory reset by mistake and when I rescaned I have no picture and lost some channels.
    Any clues out there

    The 'EMU' could be off,to check press the 'Menu' button on your remote and enter 1570 this will bring up another menu,look at the very bottom of this and you will see 'Key EMU' ON or OFF if it's off turn it ON,this should bring your channels back.
