he is giving you the option of returning your dead clone box & & buying the new receiver for about £70 , so the people who got clone boxes dont loose to much money,

so it either a you keep a dead box (for the price you paid) or you go and buy another receiver ( also to now is Wizzard will not be selling the starview once his stock has gone) he is selling another receiver called "THE BOX" for £120

this the the receiver he will be sending you if you decide to take up his offer

    Hi Tafser

Why would a dealer take back cloned boxes from someone he did not sell to also he probably already has committed himself to buying these boxes and because the cloned ones are working ok unless you flash with 260 then your box dies people would not buy the so called The Box and he would be out of pocket how long will they work until someone else brings out another box and a flash file is circulated and kills the box and the roundabout starts again i think myself if my boxes are working ok i will hang on to it until it dies or stops working also other people will probably do the same

It looks rather similar doesnt it?? only difference being the price tag!! this is all just one big joke now, too many people wanting to make easy money not caring about who they rip off!! maybe when you buy the box you only get "the box" psu & pcb sold seperately!! i'd stay well away from that, its deffo a copy!!

Yes now someone is thinking they buy back the cloned box put it in the other case and sell it as a new product good thinking but we are on to the scam now 70 for the case with the cloned motherboard HaHa

fergusrb, mikeygb69 - are you guys STARVIEW CLONE SELLERS,

there maybe clone boxes working at the moment, but what will happen to them, when there need updating , the cable suppliers change the keys , and the only way too watch most of the channels are you will have to put a new firmware on too the receiver

for a start its up to people where there buy the cable receiver from, you donot have to buy from that site & also if you notice all the cable receivers sell for roughly the same price, when the starview came out it was £120, the prices dropped too counter attack the fake clones in a price war

have a look on ebay , there are loads of receiver that do the same thing

    # dreambox
    # eurovox
    # dbox
    # digivox
    # replay box
    # dbox2
    # eurovox max
    # dbox 2
    # star view
    # nokia dbox2
    # euro vox
all going for rougly the same price

DIGIVOX 2007 RECEIVER goes for abot £80 & does the same thing , but you will have to go to some site to get the update firmware from,

so GUYS buy what ever is best for yourself, so if your clone box is dead you can always buy one of the above cable boxes , & start watching ,

so you dont have to buy any receivers from Wizzard, buy what you want plenty off different receiver to go for

Defo not but i was told that the short box is the cloned box yet it has the correct motherboard installed i think this is just a i wont say scam but scaremongering people into changing because the price is so low if Wizzard was charging 120 for them how can he afford now to sell them at 55 just goes to show the profit they where making on us the punters if the price had have been reasonable in the first place the so called cloned box would not have found its way on to the market do you agree

    Hi Marky
I hate to say it but i think after all that has gone on with that 260 file nobody will touch it with a barge pole what is the difference with yours and his apart from you saying it is the proper one also how did you manage to get the proper one before it had been modified to kill the other boxes

Is that for the Irish or UK market as the other files after 257 are very shakey freezing and getting scrambled the 257 file does not cause that for some reason any insight into this
