Well m8 on another site it says not for clones and after what happend with the 260 update i wouldnt risk it in a clone box .

 

Yes but they where not working did you go into channel edit and scroll down look for channels that have different names or with the letters hid beside the station and check them you have nothing to lose and all to gain to go to your mates house and try it if they have them could be a glitch since the codes have changed

 

this should work for t******t make sure you change from n** to t*****t
(00)4a 56 c3 4e 55 fc cb 14 then make sure you save then go to
(01)ob od fc 37 7e bf fe 13 then save again go back to channels should be fine

Does anyone know if the new software works with cloned boxes yet.

 

the answer is no.......remember all the cable network is been worked on at the moment...glasgows works have been completed and the boxes can run on 257 again but for everyone else works are not completed until 30/5/07.

ARE YOU SAYING WE CAN ALL USE 257 AFTER THE 30TH AND OUR BOXES WILL WORK EVEN WITHOUT THE NEW KEYS

 

all im saying is 257 now works in glasgow after all the works have finnished here.....i dont look too much ahead....one day at a time.

 

257 work here but only with the new keys

3.00ee works great also so no panic anyway
just the clones are a pain to sort out so 257 for them would be nice

 

anyone with a clone stick to 257 new files will be out this week.

Hi greetings from Dublin,we to are having problems with STARVIEW,and were hoping that someone can put us out of our misery and explain SIMPLY how to get the channels back I have tried the various codes suggested to no avail its on the N** system any help welcome.. thanks in advance........

 

it would be nice if the software worked on the clones
these poor people have been ripped of and now no suport for them
why cant the soft ware work for them

i wonder if some form of suport is available for them

dealers have done a vanishing act with the money from clones

i buyed a starbox a few months ago.
it was workin gud but now all the gud channels say scrambled or bad channel.
i have switched the emu key but that doesnt help cos the channel start to update and that doesnt help either.
plz help me.

THIS IS THE FIX BELOW PLEASE FOLLOW CAREFULLY.

Ok heres what you need to do Ireland only, Go to EMU menu (press menu key on remote then type 1570 this brings up the hidden menu) highlight Navigation and press OK.
This is what you have to enter:

go to id provider and select N** and put these codes in

You need to select all of these codes

KEY 0 = 3b d5 b1 4a 53 e0 71 6c

Press ok

KEY 1 = cb c9 bb a1 1f 39 ff 86

Press ok

Pause button = Letter A
Audio button(next to pause!) = B
Red(sub) button = C
Green(next to Red!) = D
Yellow = E
Blue = F

To enter numbers use the numbers on the remote 0-9.
To move left or right use the navigation buttons left and right.
To confirm press ok.

And make sure emu is switched on

theres also a new 3.00ee update , a bit more permanant than the keys

not for the clones though

the keys will only last a short time

i have heard that 257 is working ok in glasgow and may start working ok in other areas when nthell finish the maintanance on the 30th of may

got a message today from the guy who sold me mine about a new file he has he told me he will e/mail it to me should be interesting to see what file it is and where he got it from

 

Fergusrb No Luck something is happening though.. i can get 21 channels now. (previously 142) no SK* M*V**S orSK* SP*RT*or any of those, are you in Dublin can i call you? or is this allowed?
