Starview Box Problems(fixed)***no email posting or banned***

one thing I notice when in channel edit mode to the bottom right of screen there are Video PID,Audio PID,PCR PID on the missing channels they all seem to be around 513 to 673,whereas channels I do have are up around 1000 plus are these relevant?Where do I find if channel is hid cant seem to see on screen on channel edit?will try reenter codes and save keys each time as you said

 

the channel edit is where you go to look at all the channels you have like a list of programs you might see S** Mo*** then hid after it just click on it and see does it bring up anything it is a starview box you are using

 

yeah its a starview box,when I go into the EPG small preview screen says scrambled or bad channel,so still no joy after entering codes and so on from your instructions.When I select channel list at bottom of list of channels that I have W_ford_LegacyS [Nagravision],whereas the sky P**m only has nagravision

 

Try a factory reset then go to menu press 1570 look to see if N** is on top then go to where the 00 is if not there change it to 00 go to data put the first set of codes in and press ok on remote then back up to 00 and change to 01 next set of codes same again press ok to save

I am sure you are on Ch**** are you not N** if so starview do not work on Ch**** as far as i know let me know

ye i'm having the same problem i don't have sports xtra or premiere and i'm also from waterford

one more thing you can try

If you like to try these codes only the first line has changed make sure you press ok after putting them in when you put them in do a re scan

00: 95 DB 55 38 8D A0 5C 96
01: CB C9 BB A1 1F 39 FF 86

these have worked for some people you might be lucky up to you i am signing off now will be back on 2 moro

Has anybody solved the problem of the missing S** M***** Pre****, S** SP**** X*** - biggest problem for me is the kids are missing one of the Nick****** channels - all suggestions welcome

 

Hi i know with all the troubles this might seem quite insignificant but my question is does eveyone still get racing uk?
I lost this channel prior to the recent issues with the starview boxes and while i am back up and running after the glich i still don't recieve racing uk it used to be on 1102 for me.
Anyone else had the same issue?

 

TO EVERY ONE WITH CHANNELS MISSING

Some channels arent being given their proper name. If you sort channels alphabetically and scroll down to the t's you'll see a load of channels with tv then a number - tv 25, tv 26 etc... select each one, pick out the channels your missing then rename them.

Checked that - but all my channels have actual names - there are no "spare" or unnamed channels??

 

oh right, all the boxes ive come across have had trouble renaming some channels since all the boxes went down the other day. dont know what else to suggest

 

mikeygb69 - thanks for the help - I saw further up another code - will try that this evening - most of the boxes I know of have the same problem - up to 8 channels missing
