Starview Box Problems(fixed)***no email posting or banned***

Could someone send me the .api file and the .bin file. Managed to lose all my channels messin about when SS 1 2 and 3 went! Help! i'manidiot.com edited by ddp.

Hello... I'm new here but I have been looking at cable boxes (Starview/Sagem/Nokia DBox2) for a year or so now.

As so many of you guys seem to have had starview boxes for a while this looks like a good place to get opinions - what do you think of them compared to other boxes?
How long do you reckon they last on average before needing an update?
How easy are they to update?

I've bought a few of these now and am wondering whether to bother trying to sell them in bulk, or if they'll be more trouble than they're worth.

d box 2 are brilliant but hard to get brand new
starview are also brilliant and come brand new and easy to update are you from m/bro mate cos if so i am near by

HELP !! PLEASE

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THE TIME ON MY STARVIEW THE TIME AND EPG GUIDE IS WRONG.

ALSO SKYMOVIES 9+10 ARE SCRAMBLED OR BAD CHANNEL BUT THE REST ARE WORKING FINE.

I HAVE NTL DIGITAL IN DUBLIN IRELAND AND I HAVE A PPV CHANNEL BUT NOTING SHOWS ON IT

SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah thats a lot of shouting! Must have got a bit narked with yer box.

I think you'll find Skymovies 9 and 10 won't work now. Sky have renamed them all. Many of the movie channels are appearing elsewhere on the channel list though. You might have to trawl through to find where they've moved to, but they're all there.

Setting the time is easy. Is an option of the main set up menu. If you can't find it I'll post how to do it when I get home. (stuck at work - **looks around gloomily**)

i have found all de new movie channels includeing 9+10 showing up but when i go into them film names come up but the channel does not

Sorry another newbie to your site from Dublin i have also got a starview box and when i scan i get 175 channels but when i try to view i get a message bad channel or scrambled i have a doller symbol at the side does this mean it is locked or what any help is greatful

PRESS MENU
GOTO PARENTAL CONTROL
PRESS THE I OR ONFO BUTTON
PRESS 2 0 0 4
TURN E.M.U. ON AND EXIT ALL THE WAY OUT AND GO TO A SCRAMBLED CHANNEL AND IT WILL UPDATE IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS
