starview box. scrambled and bad channels . NTL Dublin

    hello im in dublin and my starview box went down on the 30 of januery.
    got new codes as follows 00-3b.c9.od.88.41.04.65.df
    01-f7.6e.45.22.8f.70.61.33     have enterd this codes but all im getting is scrabeld or bad channel.
    tryed turning power off and on again and emu is on to. and still getting same results.checked all wiring.
    it is finding 174 channels but ther all scrambeld or bad channel
