starview box

Hi there, first time user here so please be patient. Recently got a starview and working fine. However I have lost sound on some channels. Can some one please tell me how to fix it. Seems to be channel 4, E4 and or E4+1.

simply try a reinstallation of all channels on the cable provider you use if that doesnt work, maybe you need a signal enhancer, i needed one as my channels kept jumping about, i picked mine up from argos for 7.99, if that doesnt work u can always take it back as they have a 14day return

 

write down the freqence of the channels and manual scan them
