yes have all that but still no signal.

 

If it says no signal and no channels found , maybe you have the incoming cable in wrong

 

i have a ch**** areial and is plugin to the cable input at back of the box is tha correct?

 

Yes thats correct and what have you got anything in cable output to your TV

 

from the box to the tv is conected via scart.

 

Try scanning through a different cable provider to see if it picks up any channels

so what am i doing wrong i have correct firm in box and i have ch**** aerial instalded it has good sgnal as i check with ch**** box and it works ,could it be the transponders or frquencies?

ok you need to manuall input the freq which you can find on the link on my post the first one when you got the box did you do a manual scan or a auto scan also are you true cable or cable from ariel on your roof

 

you cannot scan for channels wont work on C***** only N** have to input the freq

 

yes used same cable and scart with ch***s box and it works and have cable from aerial plugd into cable input at back of the box.still wen i scan it says 0n programs found.

 

is the ariel on your roof is that what you are using

 

i thought ch**** was in the autoscan options on 4.50

no as far as i know you have to put freq in because they do not have a c***** on the provider id also i think he is on mmds and it wont work on the ariel only true cable
