    yeah i did that but i used 0000 as the code and still it says that i have all the channels but when i go back out i dont have any

    Have you done exactly as I said above including turning the box off in between the instructions?

    yes i did its been gone about a month now would it have anything todo with a frequency change that happened a while ago

    Looks like you are missing a transponder or two cannot understand why the instruction above dont work for you. Can you even see RTE?

    OK let me get this right you have done all as I said and you cannot see any channels even FTA ones....... have you checked your scart lead is plugged into TV output on the back of the SV and is securely fit into the TV scart socket.

    Are you plugged directly into the incoming coax feed?

    Turn the box off for a minute and rescan again. Have you also checked your coax connector?
