starview box

Penny finally dropped SORRY FOLKS, I have been on this site 12 hours a day since Thursday when it went belly up in the UK..I pressumed you had a starview 3 box as I have been helping these out mainly... if its a starview 1 or 2 "The Box" then to qoute someone there ...there is no fix out YET for these 2 boxes, and until such time I am afraid yous will have to do with what yous have!!! Linzie apolgies to your Daughter , she will just have to do with a DVD LOl

 

i dont no which starview box i have, if i click starview on here starview 3 is the same box as i have- im so confused!! i think i need a man to help me lol!!!!

will you press menu then system info and i will tell you what your box is!!

 

Ok ive pressed menu then into system info and it says...... The box API ver:4.50e_E boot ver : 7.0 5.jul. 2007

sounds like you have a starview 2. does it have "the box" wrote on the front of it.

 

Ok you have either the starview 1 or 2 thinking its the SV 2 but defo not the SV3 which is the only one with a fix at the moment!!!

It does have the box wrote on the front of it, the receiver is sliver with a black screen.

 

I think you have The Box, like mine, still waiting for firmware on that, mine went down last thursday and i think it will be long time b4 this comes out as i think its on the bottom of the list

 

its so typical thats its happened just before christmas!!
