    just letting you know guys that i finally got round to changing that cap and it worked!!!!!!!!!!! many thanks to karl for the info.

    Good news, took him a while to solder it though :) Hope he replaced it with a 16V one as the pic had 10V, Martin hasnt been back in a while to update it.
