starview chanels gone

Same here in mayo its saying channel of the air, have the starview 4 box

 

i have sv 4 usb did any 1 try old firmware to get bak any channels ie rte etc ??

 

have u got the ppv channel bart?

 

im in dublin, i dont know how i got them back. i read over the pages on this forum and start fusking around with codes example being, i went into the menu and put in 1688 to override the codes. i then aotuscanned them on ntl and put emu back on and exited out but nothing happened until today. pure fluke i think

 

no mate no ppv channel just as well i have a krypview fot de fight tomoro night my sons box and i have 1 in my bedroom are sv4 usb

 

Do a manual scan on 339.500 and you will get these back. I have sv3 in Dublin & the PPV is showing the trailer for the fight

 

can someone just clarify all this for me.... sv2 and sv3 have all rte channels and ppv channel working.... then what the fook is wrong with the starview 4(usb)..... nobody seems to have an answer!!!

 

Here it is in a nutshell
NTL are wiping out all the channels on starview one by one
Nothing you or me or any good hacker can do
The only option right now is the kryptview
And they are working on wiping those out also
Soon you'll only be able to get what you had before the sv or krypt existed

so to ask again what is the major difference between sv2/sv3 and the sv4(usb)..surley if the sv4 which is the latest one has lost channels like rte2/tv3/tg4 then why hasn't the rest...

Some "super genious" will crack the new 500+ encryption codes

 

it is a frimware issue only but like the other problem of them moving to N2 this will be unlikely to be fixed now either

so its back to the old starviews for viewing whats left or as said kryptview is the way forward

 

They're encrypting channels one by one now through the firmware right?
So you'd have to crack every code for every channel now

 

no mate there not as they work on the other boxes there seems to be just a problem with the SV4 USB one thats all

 

all my channels have been moved to diffrent numbers

i have the starview 3 and i have the usual ones everyone has but no rte tv3 etc. can i get these back. ps i hope the bastards dont hit the ppv channel before tonights scrap

 

if you leave it on the channel it will come in just takes a bit of time

 

switched box off from back and now all channels are back in sequence

 

it wont even go onto rte, rte2 tv3 etc. they have been deleted or something. there is no channel 101, 102, 103 etc
